| 摘 要： | 按国标法对16头新疆驴的驴乳进行牛磺酸质量浓度测定,结果表明:驴乳中牛磺酸的平均质量浓度为(1.35±0.34)mg/100 g,范围(0.72~1.91)mg/100 g,变异系数25.19%。不同驴乳样本间牛磺酸质量浓度差异较大。

| Abstract: | In accordance with Regulations for the Implementation of the Standardization Law of the People's Republic of China, the mass concentration of taurine in the milk of 16 Xinjiang donkeys were measured,and the results showed that:the average mass concentration of taurine in donkey milk was (1.35±0.34) mg/100 g with the range of 0.72 mg/100 g ~1.91 mg/100 g and the variable coefficient was 25.19%, and the difference of the mass concentration of taurine between different samples of donkey milk was larger. |
