食管癌术中植入5-氟尿嘧啶缓释剂的安全性

[目的]探讨术中植入5-氟尿嘧啶缓释剂对食管癌患者的安全性。[方法]82例食管癌患者行手术治疗并在术中植入缓释性5-氟尿嘧啶；同时设对照组82例，予单纯手术。检测两组患者术前术后肝肾功能、白细胞、免疫指标，比较术后并发症的发生情况。[结果]术后两组患者肝肾功能及白细胞数值无显著性差异（P＞0.05；术后实验组CD3^＋水平低于对照组（P＜0.05，其余各项免疫指标无显著性差异（P＞0.05。实验组术后切口感染发生率为4.88%（4/82），对照组为1.25%（1/80），P＜0.05，其余术后并发症发生率无显著性差异（P＞0.05。[结论]术中植入5-氟尿嘧啶缓释剂治疗食管癌是比较安全的。

The Safety of Implanting Sustained Release 5-fluorouracil During Operation in Patients with Esophageal Cancer

[Purpose]To investigate the safety of implanting sustained release 5-fluorouracil during operation for patients with esophageal cancer.[Methods] Sustained release 5-fluorouracil were implanted in 82 cases with esophageal cancer during operation. Eighty patients as control group underwent operation alone.The liver and kindney functions, WBC, immunity index were detected pre- and post-operatively in the two groups,and the incidence of complications were compared.[Results]There were no significant differences of liver and kindney functions and WBC index between the two groups(P>0.05). Post-operative CD3 index was lower in experimental group than that in control group(P<0.05). There were no significant differences of other immunity index between the two groups(P>0.05). The accidence rate of infection of incisional wound in experimental group was 4.88%(4/82),and 1.25% in control group(1/80), P<0.05.No significant differences of other operative complications between the two groups was found(P>0.05).[Conclusion]Implanting sustained release 5-fluorouracil during operation is safe, for esophageal cancer
