| 摘 要： | 目的探讨临床治疗获益的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的生活质量（quality of life，QOL）与年龄、性别、临床分期以及病理类型的相关性。方法采用QLICP-LU量表，对50例经放化疗获益的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者进行QOL测定，按年龄、性别、临床分期以及病理类型分组，运用SPSS17，0软件分别对亚组生活质量进行t检验，分析QOL总评分及各领域评分是否存在差异。结果年龄≤60岁较年龄〉60岁的患者，在基本生理功能、性功能、癌症共性症状等方面评分较高；女性较男性患者的基本生理功能、咳喘评分较高，心理功能评分较低；mb期较Ⅳ期患者在胸闷痛、KPS等方面评分较高。结论临床治疗获益的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的生活质量评分与年龄、性别、临床分期等具有相关性，与病理类型无明显相关性。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the correlation between the quality of life of advanced non - small - cell lung cancer （NSCLC） patients received effective treatments and aspects including age, sex, clinical staging and path- ologic types. Methods Advanced NSCLC patients （ n = 50） after radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy were meas- ured with QLICP - LU Scale, SPSS17.0 was used as a statistical tool. Results The quality of life is better in pa- tients who are female, age ≤60 years, stage IIIb. Conclusion The quality of life was associated with age, sex and clinical staging in advanced non - small - cell lung cancer after clinical treatment. |
