高频超声在睾丸附件扭转中的临床应用价值

目的:探讨高频超声在睾丸附件扭转诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析35例睾丸附件扭转的超声声像图特点。结果:睾丸附件扭转具有特异性超声表现:①扭转的附件位置相对固定,位于睾丸与附睾头之间或两者旁;②高回声或中等回声团块,内部回声不均匀;③彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)显示结节内无明显血流信号,睾丸及附睾头部血流轻度增多;④部分患者伴患侧睾丸鞘膜腔积液和(或)阴囊壁局部增厚。结论:睾丸附件扭转具有相对特异性的超声表现,超声检查可以作为首选诊断方法。

High frequency ultrasound in the clinical application value of testicular appendage torsion

Objective To study the ultrasound diagnosis of testicular appendages torsion in clinical application.Methods Retrospective analysis the Ultrasonographic characteristics of 35 cases of testicular appendages torsion.Results Testicular appendages torsion with the perfbrmap.ce of specific nltrasound：①the torsioned testicular appendages had a relatively fixed position,is located between the testis and epididymis,or both the first side;②high-or middle-echo echo mass,non-uniform internal echo;①Color Doppler flow imaging（CDF1） showed no significant blood flow within the nodules signal,the testis and the head of epididymis mild increase in blood flow;③the some patients had ipsilateral testicular sheath effusion and（or） thickening of the scrotal wall.Conclusion Testicular appendages torsion have a relatively specific ultrasonic performance,Ultrasonography can be used as the preferred diagnostic methods.
