摘 要: | 目的:探讨参附注射液(SFI)对老年患者术后镇痛的影响。方法将80例择期行腹部手术患者随机分成两组,Ⅰ组(对照组,不给SFI),Ⅱ组(实验组, SFI间断静脉注射),每组40例。实验组手术结束前静脉滴注SFI (1 mg/kg),24 h后再静脉滴注SFI (1 mg/kg),对照组静脉滴注相同剂量的生理盐水。两组患者手术结束后行硬膜外患者自控镇痛(PCEA)。观察患者镇痛效果、生命体征和不良反应情况。结果实验组在镇痛效果、舒适程度、术后患者肛门恢复排气时间优于对照组(P〈0.05),且不良反应少。结论参附注射液有增强阿片类药物术后硬膜外镇痛的作用,且能减少术后镇痛不良反应,促进术后患者肠功能的恢复。

Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of Shenfu Injection(SFI) on the efficacy of patient controlled epidural analgesia(PCEA) after abdominal surgery in elderly patients. Methods 80 elderly patients undergoing elective abdominal operation were randomly divided into two groups ,Ⅰ(control group, without SFI) and Ⅱ (experimental group with SFI intermittent intravenous injection), each group of 40 patients .Patients ofⅡgroup were respectively assigned to receive to 1 ml/kg SFI before the surgery ended and after 24 hours of the surgery, whereas patients ofⅠgroup were given the equal volume normal saline. ALL patients of both groups were taken by the same analgesia methods of PCEA. To observe the analgesic effect, patient vital signs and adverse reactions. Results In the experimental group, the analgesic effect of comfort, satisfaction, postoperative anal exhaust time, better than the control group(P〈0.05),and less adverse reaction. Conclusion Shenfu Injection(SFI) has the effect of epidural analgesia enhanced opioid analgesia after operation, and can decrease the adverse reaction and promote the recovery of intestinal function in patients after operation. |
