摘    要:目前局灶性脑缺血动物模型最常用的方法是大脑中动脉线栓法(MCAO),但该方法仍存在技术要求高、模型差异性大、动物死亡率高等缺陷.因此,如何建立稳定、可靠、重复性高的MCAO动物模型成为我们亟需解决的问题.从实验动物、麻醉药物、栓线的选择,手术流程、术后护理等多个方面进行探讨,以期提高MCAO脑缺血动物模型的成功率.

Abstract:The most common method for establishment of animal model of focal cerebral ischemia is the string-fastenings method for middle cerebral artery occlusion,but there are several defects for the method such as demanding technics,marked differences in model animals,high mortality.Therefore,establishing a stable,reliable,and reproducible animal model of focal cerebral ischemia has become an urgent problem.The choice of animal,anesthetic drugs and bolt lines,surgical procedures and postoperative care are discussed in this article in order to improve the success rate of focal cerebral ischemia model by the suture of middle cerebral artery.
