| 摘 要： | 胰腺癌是常见的恶性肿瘤之一,也是一种恶性程度较高的肿瘤,它严重地威胁着人类健康。目前,胰腺癌的治疗仍然是以手术为主的综合性治疗。诊断上,随着肿瘤诊断技术的发展,检测患者血中肿瘤标志物的方法广泛应用于肿瘤的诊断,该方法也成为胰腺癌诊断的热点。该文就胰腺癌血清标志物研究进展予以综述。

| Abstract: | Pancreatic carcinoma is a common malignant tumor of high malignancy, which threatens human health severely. Today, treatment of pancreatic carcinoma is still the comprehensive treatment based on operation. Recently, with the development of tumor diagnosis technology, detection of the tumor markers in serum of patients is widely used in tumor diagnosis ,which has become the focus in pancreatic cancer diagnosis. here is to make a review of the research progress of the serum markers of pancreatic cancer. |
