慢性硬膜下血肿手术治疗56例临床研究

目的:探讨使用钻孔引流术治疗慢性硬膜下血肿术后复发的相关危险因素及其防治。方法:回顾性分析经钻孔引流术治疗的56例慢性硬膜下血肿患者的临床资料、影像学表现、手术结果及其与复发的关系。结果:56例病例中,1例死亡,死亡原因为严重肺部感染。并发症4例,术后血肿复发2例,脑内血肿1例,硬膜外血肿1例。余55例患者恢复良好,均痊愈出院。结论:采用钻孔闭式引流治疗明显硬膜下血肿较为安全,术前、术中、术后应注意各种情况的发生,提高治愈率。

Surgical treatment experience of 56 cases with chronic subdural hematoma

Objective To explore the factors related to postoperative recurrence and their prevention in treating patients with chronic subdural hematoma（CSDH） by trepanation - drainage. Method The clinical data of 56 cases with CSDH who underwent trepanation - drainage were analyzed retrospectively, including the clinical features, imaging manifestation and operative method and out- comes. Results Total fifty - six patiengts, fifty - five patiengts had no complications, One patient died of severe pneumonia after opera- tion. four patients had complications, two patiengts had hematoma from postoperative recurrence, one patient had intracranial hematoma, one patient had epidural hematoma. Conclusion It is safe to treat significantly subdural hematoma with trepanation - drainage, a variety of situa- tions should be noticed in the preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative. The cure rate is increased.
