| 摘 要： | 目的探讨松龄血脉康胶囊对原发性高血压患者心率变异性的影响。方法将78例原发性高血压患者随机分为2组,每组各39例。对照组应用常规降压药物治疗;治疗组（松龄血脉康胶囊组）在常规降压治疗的基础上加用松龄血脉康胶囊1.5g,3次/天,疗程4周。于治疗前和治疗后4周行24h动态心电图检查测定其心率变异性时域分析指标;同时于治疗前和治疗后4周进行血压检测。结果治疗组时域分析指标24h内正常窦性RR间期值的标准差（SDNN）、24h内连续每5min正常RR间期平均值的标准差（SDANN）、24h内相邻RR间期差的平方根（rMSSD）、24h内相邻正常RR间期差值大于50ms的计数占总RR间期的百分比（PNN50%）均较对照组明显提高（p〈0.05）;收缩压,舒张压均较对照组明显下降（p〈0.05）。结论松龄血脉康胶囊在降血压同时能改善原发性高血压患者心率变异性,改善其预后。
