| 摘 要： | 目的：观察湿润烧伤膏(MEB0)油纱包扎治疗婴幼儿无花果液灼伤的临床效果。方法：23例无花果液灼伤小腿创面涂布MEB0、外用凡士林油纱及无菌敷料包扎治疗。结果：23例创面全部愈合，平均愈合时间较传统疗法明显缩短，无l例发生创面及全身感染。换药时患儿安静合作，无躁动。愈合后创面平整、白嫩，未见瘢痕形成。结论：MEBO油纱包扎治疗无花果液灼伤具有愈合快、无痛苦、易护理等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBO gauze in treating infant scald caused by hot fig liquid. Method: 23 infants scalded in shanks by hot fig liquid were treated with MEBO gauze using bandaging method. Result: All the wounds were healed. The average wound healing time was shortened, as compared with that treated with conventional method. No local or systemic infection occurred. The patients kept calm during change of dressings. Wounds healed with no scar, and looked flat and tender. Conclusion: MEBO gauze can promote healing of burn wounds caused by hot fig liquid. This treatment is pain free and the nursing is easy. |
