脑神经胶质瘤的研究进展

脑神经胶质瘤是由大脑胶质细胞癌变所产生的、最常见的原发性颅内肿瘤。年发病率约为3～8人／10万人口。目前脑神经胶质瘤的治疗主要是手术疗法配合放射治疗、化学治疗，但生存率极低，在传统的治疗方法外，还有免疫学疗法和疫苗等诸多新兴治疗方法，所以脑神经胶质瘤已经成为神经科学与肿瘤学的研究交叉热点，本文就脑神经胶质瘤的分类学，分子发病机制，多种治疗方法及效果进行综述。

Progress in glioma

Brain giioma is the most common primary brain tumor, the tumor is generated by the brain giial cell carcinogenesis. The annual incidence rate of the disease is about （3-8）/106 people. Now, the treatments of cerebral glioma are operation therapy combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy, but the survival rate is extremely low, except the traditional treatment methods, immunological therapy, vaccine and many other new methods of treatments are on the study. So the brain glioma has become the research interaction focus of neuroscience and oncology science, the thesis reviewed brain glioma many areas, such as the disease classification, molecular pathogenesis, and effects of a variety of treatment methods.
