一对一个性化健康教育规范糖尿病病人胰岛素注射行为的效果观察

目的]探讨采用一对一个性化健康教育方式指导糖尿病病人规范胰岛素注射行为的效果.方法]选择2011年9月-2011年12月住院2 型糖尿病病人80例,将病人随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例,分别采用传统健康教育方式和一对一个性化健康教育方式,比较两组糖尿病健康知识问卷得分、护理工作满意度、出院前1 d和出院3个月时糖化血红蛋白、低血糖反应例次等方面的差别.结果]观察组各项评价指标均优于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论]采用一对一个性化健康教育方式可有效规范胰岛素注射行为,有助长期有效控制血糖.

Observation on effect of one-on-one personalized health education norms for insulin injections of diabetic patients

Objective：To probe into the effect of one - on - one personal-ized health education method for standardizing insulin injections of dia-betic patients. Methods： A total of 80 inpatients with type 2 diabetes from september to December in 2011 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group. The traditional ways of health education and one-on-one personalized health education were respectively used for both groups, then to compare the diabetic health knowledge questionnaire score,nursing job satisfaction, HbAlc of the day before discharging and 3 months after discharging,hypoglycemia cases between two groups. Results：All scores of observation group were better than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： the one-on-one personalized health education mode can effectively regulate insulin injections and help patients to control blood glucose long - term and ef-fectively.
