两种清洗流程运用于医疗器械清洗的效果比较

目的]观察两种清洗流程运用于医疗器械清洗的效果.方法]将污染的1 000件持针器、1 000件止血钳分为对照组和观察组.对照组使用全自动清洗消毒机清洗,观察组通过分类、多酶浸泡、除锈等预处理后再用全自动清洗消毒机清洗,清洗结束后依据中国医院消毒供应行业标准进行检测.结果]观察组清洗合格率明显提高、血污明显减少、灭菌合格情况和临床医护人员满意度明显提高,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.结论]在清洗消毒流程上持续改进可提高医疗器械质量、保证可重复使用的医疗器械安全使用,达到控制医院感染发生的目的.

Comparison on effect of two kinds of cleaning process used in medical equipments cleaning

Objective： To observe the effect of two kinds of cleaning process used in medical equipments cleaning. Methods：A total of 1 000 contamination needle holder and 1 000 hemostat were divided into control group and observation group. The automatic washing machine was used for cleaning and disinfection in control group,the automatic washing ma- chine was used for cleaning and disinfection after the pretreatment inclu- ding classification, multi- enzyme soak and rust in observation group. After the cleaning and disinfection, the equipments were tested according to supply industry standards in Chinese hospitals. Results：In observation group The pass rate of cleaning was significantly improved, bloodstained significantly reduced, qualified cases of sterilization and satisfaction of clinical staff were improved significantly, and the differences were statistically significant compared with control group （P〈0.01）.
