内服外治中西医疗法治疗老年性便秘的疗效观察及护理

目的]探讨应用内服健脾温肾汤结合外治干扰电疗法治疗老年性便秘的疗效.方法]将80例老年性便秘病人随机分为观察组、对照组各40例,观察组采用口服健脾温肾汤结合干扰电疗法,对照组仅采用口服健脾温肾汤,对两组病人均给予健康教育指导,2个疗程后观察疗效.结果]观察组、对照组总有效率分别为90.0%和77.5%,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论]内服外治中西医疗法治疗老年性便秘疗效确切.

Observation on curative effect of combination therapy of Jianpi Wenshen decoction and interferential electrotherapy for senile constipation patients and nursing care of it

Objective：To probe into the curative effect of combination therapy of Jianpi Wenshen decoction and interferential electrotherapy for senile constipation patients. Methods： A total of 80 cases of senile constipation patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each. The patients in observation group were treated with combination therapy of Jianpi Wenshen decoction and interferential electrotherapy, while the pa- tients in control group were only given therapy with Jianpi Wenshen Decoc tion. Health education guidance was carried out for both groups,and the treat- ment effects were observed after two treatment courses. Results. The total effective rate was 90.0% and 77.5% respectively in observation group and control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion. The curative effect of combination therapy of Jianpi Wenshen decoction and interferential electrotherapy is exact in senile constipation treatment.
