精神分裂症病人服药依从性的质性研究

[目的]了解影响精神分裂症病人服药依从性的因素,为提高病人的依从性提供依据.[方法]采用访谈法对10例精神分裂症病人进行个案访谈,运用现象学分析法对资料进行分析.[结果]得到5个主题：疾病相关因素、治疗相关因素、自身因素、文化因素以及环境因素影响病人服药的依从性.[结论]应采用充权策略来增加精神分裂症病人的自我有能感,让其参与到治疗的决策中,并加快社区精神健康服务系统的建设,提高病人的服药依从性.

Qualitative research on medication compliance of patients with schizophrenia

Objective. To know about the influencing factors of medication compliance of patients with schizophrenia, and so as to provide evidences for improving patients＇compliance. Methods. The interviews method was used for cases interviews of 10 patients with schizophrenia,phenomenologi- cal analysis was used to analyze the data. Results. 5 themes were got in- cluding illness related factors, treatment related factors, self - factors, cul- ture related factors and environmental factors. They influenced patients＂ medication compliance. Conclusion. empowerment strategies should be used to increase the self-ability of patients with schizophrenia, and the patients should be allowed to participate in treatment decisions, and accelerate the construction of community mental health service system, so as to improve patients~ medication compliance.
