气管切开术后持续泵入氨溴索湿化气道的临床观察

摘    要:[目的]观察气管切开术后两种湿化方式对气道的影响.[方法]将50例气管切开术后病人随机分为对照组和实验组各25例,对照组采用传统的间断湿化气道方法,实验组采用微量静脉泵持续泵入氨溴索湿化气道,对两组1周内更换气管套管次数、湿化满意度、血氧饱和度进行比较.[结果]实验组更换气管套管次数少于对照组、湿化满意度及血氧饱和度高于对照组,经比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).[结论]气管切开术后应用氨溴索微量泵持续湿化气道优于传统的间断湿化方法.

Abstract:Objective. To observe the influence of two kinds of humidifica- tion methods on airway after tracheotomy. Methods:A total of 50 patients after tracheotomy were randomly divided into control group and exepri- mental group,25 cases in each. Control group patients used the traditional method of intermittent airway humidification, the experimental group pa- tients used micro intravenous continuous infusion pump ambroxol for air- way humidification, Tracheal tube replacement frequency, humidification satisfaction and blood oxygen saturation were compared between both groups. Results.tracheal tube replacement frequency in experimental group was less than that in control group, humidification satisfaction and blood oxygen saturation were higher, and the differences were statistically signifi- cant (P(0.05). Conclusion.. Continuous infusion of ambroxol for airway humidification in patients after traeheotomy is better than traditional methods.
