| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨Felty综合征病人的观察和护理.方法]对8例Felty综合征病人进行积极治疗和护理干预,密切观察病情变化及疗效.结果]8例病人通过加强心理、病情观察及护理、指导病人用药及功能锻炼,避免并发症发生,症状大都好转.结论]加强对Felty综合征病人的护理有利于预后.

| Abstract: | Abstract Objective： To probe into the nursing and observation on the patients with Felty＇s syndrome. Methods：A total of 8 patients with Felt- y＇s syndrome received active treatment and nursing intervention. Mean- while,the changes in condition and curative effect were observed. Re- sults：By strengthening psychological care, illness observation and care, patient medication guide and functional exercise to avoid complications, most symptoms improved.
