摘    要:系统回顾了医学预科教育的发展过程,对国外医学预科教育的课程设置、学分要求以及近年来开展的改革进行了深入的分析。对我国目前开展8年制医学教育院校的医预课程年限、课程设置进行了分析,结合国际医学教育的发展,提出了我国8年制医学教育医预课程设置和改革的对策,包括充分认识医预教育的重要性、保证医预教育的年限并实现医学预科教育与大学教育的有机衔接。

Abstract:Authors reviewed the history of pre-medical education,summarized the courseworks,graduate requirements and change of pre-medical education in the U.S.Authors also recapulated timeline,courseworks of pre-med education in China.The differences of pre-med education in different Chinese medical schools have been analyzed.Referring to the international medical education,the pre-med education in China should be allocated with more time.The combination of pre-med education and undergraduate education also should be concerned.
