| 摘 要： | 目的探讨治疗心脑血管疾病中药注射剂所致药品不良反应的特点和预防方法。方法查阅本院2005—06—2011—12收集的有关治疗心脑血管疾病中药注射剂所致药品不良反应案例，并进行统计、分析。结果110例患者中，女性为男性的1．75倍；50岁以上中老年患者87例（79．09％）；全部为静脉滴注给药；参麦注射液上报的药品不良反应例数最多，为33例（30．00％）；临床表现多种多样，以变态反应最多，共93例（72．66％）。结论医药工作者应重视治疗心脑血管疾病中药注射剂的不良反应，坚持合理用药。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the characteristics and preventive measures of the ADR induced by traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） injections in patients with heart-cerebrovaseular disease. Methods ADR induced by TCM injections in patients with heart-eerebrovascular disease reported from 2005 - 06 - 2011 - 12 in the hospital were collected and analyzed statistically. Results Among the 110 cases, female is 1.75 times to male, 87 cases over 50 years old accounts for 79.09% of the total, all the cases were administered by intravenous drip, Shenmai induced the most number of ADR （30. 00% ）, allergic reactions were the most common type （72.66%）. Conclusion Medical workers should be alert to the ADR associated with TCM injections in patients with heart-eerebrovascular disease, meanwhile they should follow rational application of drugs. |
