| 摘 要： | 目的 为了了解婴幼我佝偻病的硒营养状况。方法 婴幼儿佝偻病和正常对照组进行微量元素硒的测定。结果 佝偻病的婴幼儿和正常的婴幼儿血硒存在显著性差异。结论 婴幼儿佝偻病缺硒，因而可能影响机体的免疫能力。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To search the relationship between rachitis in infancy with microelement selenium in serum. Methods 70 infants with rachitis and 70 healthy infants were determined the serum Se by flow injection hydride generation atomic absorption. Results The level of serum microelement Se in rachitic group was lower than that in healthy group. Conclusion Scarcity of Se element was proved in rachitis infancy, and that may influence the immune function of rachitis infancy. |
