丙烯酰胺改性毛细管柱性能考察及应用研究

摘    要:使用丙烯酰胺改性毛细管柱,生物大分子样品柱效达125000/m,小分子样品柱效达170000/m。峰形,选择性均较未改性柱有较大改善;连续5次操作迁移时间的相对标准偏差<2%。在pH<7下进样282次,性能未见明显降低。该改性柱可以用于拆分手性样品,并能对较复杂样品,如银环蛇毒素样品及中药提取液进行定性分析。

Abstract:A Capillary electrophoresis column was modified by acrylamide for the analysis of small molecule drugs and complicated biological samples. By comparison with the uncoated column, it showed higher efficiency and selectivity. Efficiency as high as 100,000 per meter has been achieved. Consecutive injections of standard solution were made to test the reproducibility of migration time, RSD<2%(n =5).
