参一胶囊加慈丹胶囊联合介入治疗中晚期肝癌的疗效观察

目的:探讨参一胶囊加慈丹胶囊联合介入疗法治疗中晚期肝癌的疗效。方法:将60例中晚期原发性肝癌患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例,以参一胶囊加慈丹胶囊并联合介入化疗栓塞治疗,对照组30例,则单行介入化疗栓塞治疗。结果:(1)两组(CR+PR)有效率分别为66.7%(20/30)和36.7%(11/30),两组有显著性差异(P<0.05);(2)治疗组疗后1周、1个月血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);(3)两组生活质量改善方面,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);(4)两组毒副作用比较,治疗组白细胞下降、恶心呕吐发生率均低于对照组,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:参一胶囊加慈丹胶囊联合介入化疗栓塞治疗中晚期原发性肝癌,其疗效明显优于单行介入化疗栓塞治疗,两种中成药联合使用,具有协同作用,可以减少化疗栓塞所导致毒副反应,并能提高患者疗效。

Recent Clinical Observation of Shenyi Capsule with Cidan Capsule in Chemoembolizeing the Advanced Primary Liver Cancer
