| 摘 要： | 目的]了解吸毒人群HIV感染情况,探索符合实际的艾滋病防治模式,更好地指导下一步艾滋病防治工作。方法]对1989~2008年在巍山县戒毒所戒毒的吸毒人员HIV感染检测资料进行分析。结果]1989~1995年合计检测1 419人次,均未检出抗-HIV阳性者。1996~2008年合计检测2 110人次,阳性390人次,阳性率为18.48%。抗-HIV阳性率,1996~2008年分别为14.60%、48.36%、30.00%、26.00%、14.16%、13.00%、11.93%、21.80%、14.62%、16.25%、16.39%、18.07%、10.56%。1996~2008年抗-HIV平均检测阳性率,静脉吸毒人员为38.40%,口吸毒人员为6.57%(P0.01);男性为18.69%,女性为12.50%(P0.05);20岁为17.91%,20~29岁为19.05%,30~39岁为17.89%,40岁为16.67%(P0.05)。1996~2008年巍山县戒毒所戒毒的吸毒人群中合计检出HIV感染者265例。其中,静脉吸毒者占92.83%,口吸毒人员占7.17%;男性占97.36%,女性占7例占2.64%;20岁、20~29岁、30~39岁、40岁的分别占6.04%、53.96%、36.60%、3.40%。265例HIV感染者中,64例目前已经成为艾滋病病人,53例已经因艾滋病死亡。结论]巍山县吸毒人群抗-HIV阳性率较高,是艾滋病的高危人群。
