震后某灾区村民健康相关行为现状及策略研究

目的了解汶川地震后某重灾区村民的健康相关行为现状及健康教育需求，为当地政府制定科学、有效的灾后健康教育和健康促进策略提供依据。方法采用个人深入访谈和专题小组讨论，对灾区村干部、村医和村民进行调查。结果灾后当地居民的饮水、如厕、垃圾处理和消杀药品的使用等行为存在较大问题；村民的健康教育需求迫切。结论地震后的健康教育为确保“灾后无大疫”发挥了重要作用，但灾后健康教育与健康促进策略和措施仍有待完善。

The strategy research of health behavior status among the peasants of village after the earthquake of Wenchuan

Objective To understand the needs of health behavior and health education among the peasants in a serious disaster areas of Wenchuan after the earthquake, providing the basis for local government to establish the strategy of health education and health promotion scientifically and effectively. Methods A combination of in-depth individual inter- view and special group discussions was applied to investigate the target population including the official of country, the dectors of rural and peasants in the village. Results The people whose behavior of drinking water, using the toilet and using the disinfection medicine was big problem in the serious disaster areas. The peasants should be given the health education immediately. Conclusion Health education plays an important role in the mission of no big epidemic disease after the earthquake, but the strategy and measure of health education and health promotion still should be perfection after earthquake.
