工业氟暴露对机体血清微量元素和过氧化氢酶的影响研究

摘    要:目的 为了解氟暴露对工人机体微量元素及过氧化氢酶的影响。方法 选氟作业工龄14年以上的60名男性电解工人作为氟暴露组。另选同样条件的非氟暴露工人30名为对照组,分别测定血中铜、锌、硒、氟的含量以及过氧化氢酶的活性。结果 氟暴露组工人血清中血氟明显地对照组工人,并有极显著性差异(P〈0.01);血清中铜、锌、硒的含量和过氧化氢酶的活性与对照组工人相比均有向损健康转变的趋势。结论 氟对机体微量元素和过

Abstract:Objective In order to understand the effects of occupational exposure to fluoride on the body trace element and catalase in workers. Methods 60 male electrolysis workers over 14 years of fluoride treatment working were selected and classified into fluoride exposure group, and 30 workers without fluoride exposure as control group, and contents of fluoride, selenium, zine, copper and activity of catalase in blood were separately measured. Results The serum fluoride of exposed workers was clear altitude than control group, and have significantly difference (P<0.01), the copper,zinc,selenium content and activity of catalase were trends to decrease compared with the control group. Conclusion Fluoride have various effects on body trace element and catalase.
