老年慢性心力衰竭患者的心理护理干预效果分析

目的：探讨心理护理干预对老年慢性心力衰竭（CHF）患者心理状况和心功能的影响。方法：将130例CHF患者随机分为实验组和对照组,各65例。对照组接受常规治疗和护理,而实验组在此基础上接受心理护理干预。结果：干预前两组患者的SAS和SDS评分均明显高于国内常模,干预后实验组的SAS和SDS评分明显低于对照组,且6MWT明显长于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：理护理干预能明显改善CHF患者的心理状况,促进其心脏功能的恢复。

Effectiveness of psychological nursing interventions for elderly patients with chronic heart failure

Objective：To examine the effect of psychological nursing interventions on mental status and cardiac function in the elderly patients with chronic heart failure （CHF）. Methods：A total of 130 CHF cases were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group. The control group received the routine therapy and nursing care,while the experimental group additionally was treated psychological nursing interventions. Results：Before intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS of the CHF patients in both two groups were markedly higher than norms,and after intervention,they were considerably lower in the experimental group than in the control group,and the distance of 6MWT was significantly longer,with significant differences （P0.01）. Conclusion：Psychological nursing intervention can considerably improve the mental status of the CHF patients,facilitating the recovery of cardiac function of them.
