摘 要: | 重点学科建设代表医院的水平与实力,关乎医院的生存与持续发展。重点学科建设要顺应国家医疗卫生改革大形势,认清医院内外环境,理顺发展主次矛盾,遵循科学发展规律,扭住拔尖人才,创新科技、特色质量等影响核心竞争力的关键因素,要瞄准国际一流目标,不断推动学科可持续发展。

Abstract: | The establishment of key disciplines indicates a hospital's strength and is essential to the hospital's survival and sustainable development. To set up key disciplines with the top international standard and to achieve their sustainable development, the national healthcare reform must be adapted to, the internal and external environment of the hospital recognized, the primary and secondary contradictions straightened out, principles of scientific development complied with, and such crucial factors related to core competencies as top-notch talents, innovative technologies and characteristic quality held on to. |
