| 摘 要： | 目的探讨锁定钢板治疗股骨髁骨折的疗效及临床特点。方法回顾分析2005年1月—2008年12月47例股骨髁部骨折患者的临床资料,所有47例均采用股骨远端锁定钢板固定。结果本组病例创口均一期愈合,无创口感染,切口裂开等并发症。本组病例均获得随访,时间12~20个月,平均15个月,骨折均骨性愈合,无内固定失效,骨不连等并发症,膝关节功能按Karlstrom标准,优30例,良10例,可4例,差2例。优良率为87.7%。结论锁定钢板治疗股骨髁部骨折手术操作简单,固定坚强,可靠,并发症少,是一种治疗股骨髁部骨折的良好方法。
