| 摘 要： | 目的 预测黑色素抗原ＭＡＧＥ－２的ＨＬＡ－Ａ２限制性ＣＴＬ表位。方法 采用超基序法与量化基序法的联合应用。结果 发现８个ＨＬＡ－Ａ２限制性ＣＴＬ表位。结论 超基序法与量化基序法联合应用可以提高预测效率。

| Abstract: | Objective To predict the HLA A2 restricted CTL epitopes derived from melanoma antigen MAGE 2. Methods HLA A2 restricted CTL epitope of MAGE 2 was predicted by peptide supermotif prediction combined with quantitative motif. Results Eight HLA A2 restricted CTL epitopes of melanoma antigen MAGE 2 were found. Conclusion The combination of supermotif with quantitative motif can improve the prediction efficiency. |
