| 摘 要： | 目的探讨大连地区自然疗养因子对亚健康状态的康复调节作用。方法利用大连疗养地的气候、景观、海水浴、日光浴、空气浴、沙滩浴等疗养因子对亚健康人群进行康复调节。结果 216名亚健康患者通过良好的疗养,长期积累形成的躯体和身心疲劳等不适得到明显改善,血压、血糖、血脂等各项指标显著下降,肺功能则显著提高（P〈0.05）。结论大连地区自然疗养资源丰富,为人们消除疲劳、增强体质、防治疾病提供了理想的天然条件,对改善亚健康状态十分有利。

| Abstract: | Objective To probe the recuperation regulating function of natural convalescent factors in Dalian on sub-health.Methods The convalescent factors in Dalian sanitaria such as climate,landscape,see bath,sun bath,and sand bath were used to regulate and recuperate the sub-health group.Results After the recuperation,the long-time accumulated physical and mental fatigue of 216 patients with sub-health was clearly improved,the indexes of blood pressure,blood sugar and blood fat remarkably dropped,and the lung function highly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion Dalian sanitaria is rich of natural convalescent resources for fatigue removal,physical reinforcement and disease prevention,which is beneficial for sub-health improvement. |
