| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了军队疗养系统疗案书写和疗案管理等涉及医疗质量方面的问题,深入剖析了出现这些问题的原因、背景,创造性提出了成立疗案修改专家组和按病种分型制定不同疗案模板等疗案制度改革措施,对减轻一线医生工作量,突出疗养专业特色,提高医疗质量有积极的推动作用。

| Abstract: | Medical quality about rehabilitation record writing and management were described in this article. It analyses the reason and background of these problems.It throws out a suggestion about the reformation of rehabilitation record just as setting up specialists or establishing the model for different diseases,It could make positive effects on lightening doctors＇ burden, extruding characteristics of rehabilitation and enhancing quality of medical treatment. |
