内镜下国产热极治疗老年消化道息肉126例疗效观察

目的探讨内镜下国产热极治疗老年消化道息肉的方法及疗效。方法对126例老年消化道息肉患者给予内镜下国产热极治疗,术前充分评估患者的耐受能力,常规术前准备,采用HP-A100型热极治疗仪,温度210℃,每次通电3～6s,每枚病灶探头贴压1～6次。术后给予抗炎、抑酸、黏膜保护及营养支持。术后复查内镜,观察息肉是否脱落及有无复发。结果 126例老年消化道息肉患者平均热极治疗6.8次,平均热极治疗时间23.5s,全部患者术中操作顺利,患者未见严重呼吸循环功能障碍等。术后无原有疾病加重,所有患者术后4周复查内镜发现息肉完全脱落,恢复正常黏膜。结论国产热极治疗老年消化道息肉效果好,且安全、方便,其探头应用好、经济,值得基层医院推广。

Curative effect observation on 126 cases of using endoscopic domestic thermoae to treatage-related digestive tract polyps

Objective To observe the curative effects of using endoscopic domestic thermoae to treat age-related digestive tract polyps. Methods After thorough evaluation of tolerance for gastroendoscopy and common preoperative preparation,126 elder patients with age-related digestive tract polyps were treated by endoscopic heat pole which was made in China at the temperature of 210 ℃,electrified for 3-6 seconds per time,and well settled by heat probe for 1-6 times on every focus.After operation,the patients were treated with anti-inflammatory,inhibition acid,protection of mucous,and nutritional support.The polyp focuses of all the patients were observed under endoscope to see whether the polyps dropped or not and see if there was recurrence.Results The 126 elder patients were treated by heat pole for 6.8 times on average with 23.5 seconds.The operations were successful and no sever respiratory and circulatory dysfunction happened.All the polyps were diminished 4 weeks after operation.Conclusion The endoscope treatment of domestic thermoae for elder patients with digestive tract polyps is effective,simple and safe.The probe is good and cheap for basic medical units.
