| 摘 要： | 目的 研究脑内恶性淋巴瘤临床病理特征 ,初步探讨其起源问题。方法 对 5例脑内恶性淋巴瘤作临床病理形态观察及免疫组织化学分析。结果 5例均为非霍奇金淋巴瘤 (B细胞型 ) ,其中 2例为中心母细胞型 ,1例为中心细胞一中心母细胞混合型 ,2例为小细胞型。结论 脑原发性恶性淋巴瘤预后与组织类型有关 ,免疫组化是诊断的重要工具。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the clinicopathological characteristics and histogenesis of primary malignant lymphoma of the brain. Methods Five case of primary malignant lymphoma were studies under the light microscope and by immunohistochemical technies.Results All the 5 cases were non Hodgkin's B cell type lymphoma. There were three patterns, including 2 cases of centroblastic cells. 1 cases of centrocytic/centroblastic like cells. And 2 cases of B small type.Conclusions The prognosis of primary malignant lymphoma in the brain is related to its type. Immunohistochemistry is an important methods in diagnosing brain lymphome |
