摘    要:目的]研究稀土元素钬对小鼠肝脏3种抗氧化酶活性的影响。找出剂量-效应关系。方法]2次给小鼠腹腔注射氧化钬的盐酸溶液,相间24h,第2次注射24h后取肝脏检测超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性,并进行统计分析,绘制出剂量-效应曲线。结果]在10-40mg/kg体重剂量范围内3种酶的活性随剂量的增加而升高,40mg/kg体重酶活性达峰值,与阴性对照比较,t检验显示差异极显著(P〈0.01);在40-160mg/kg体重剂量范围内3种酶的活性随剂量的增加而呈逐渐下降趋势。结论]钬元素在低剂量下可能具有一定的抗氧化损伤作用,在高剂量时具有致抑制抗氧化酶活性的作用。

Abstract:Objective] To study the effects of the rare-earth element holmium on the activityies of the three antioxidant enzymes in the liver of mice and the relationship between dose and response. Methods] Holmium-trioxide-HCl solution was injected into the peritoneum twice with an interval of 24-hour. 24 hours after the second injection,the enzyme activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT)and peroxidase(POD)of the liver of mice were tested,and then the data were analyzed,and the curve of dose-response was drawn. Results] When holmium trioxide concentration is between 10 mg/kg. bw and 40 mg/kg. bw the activity of SOD,CAT and POD raised with the increase of the holmium trioxide concentration. Compared with the negative control group,the results of t test( P < 0.01) was of significant difference. When the concentration of holmium trioxide is between 40 mg/kg. bw and 160 mg/kg. bw the activity of three enzymes begins to decline. The activities of the three enzymes are the strongest when the concentration was 40mg/kg. bw. Conclusions] Holmium has an anti-mutagenic effects when the concentration was low,and it has a mutagenic effectes on mice when the concentration is high.
