来氟米特联合甲氨喋呤治疗多发性肌炎对肌力的影响研究

摘    要:目的探讨来氟米特联合甲氨喋呤治疗多发性肌炎对肌力的影响。方法治疗组在甲基强的松龙或强的松0.5~1mg·kg^-1·d^-1及甲氨蝶呤10mg/N基础上给来氟米特20mg/d治疗多发性肌炎,并设对照组,定期评价肌力变化。结果治疗组肌力8、12周时达3级人数较治疗前增加(P〈0.05);对照组8周无统计学意义(P〉0.05),12周时有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。2组比较12周时治疗组疗效优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论来氟米特联合甲氨喋呤治疗多发性肌炎起效快,肌力显著改善。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of leflunomide (LEF) combined with methotrexate (MTX) on muscle power in the treatment of polymyositis. Methods The patients in control group were treated with glucocorticoid 0.5 - 1 mg/d plus MTX lOmg once a week, on the base of control group, the patients in treatment group were treated with LEF 20 mg once a day, and muscle power was evaluated regularly. Results The patients' number whose muscle power strengthened to 3 grade after 8 week treatment in treatment group increased significantly, as compare.d with that before treatment( P 〈0.05),and the increase was more obvious after 12 week treatment( P 〈 0.01). However in control group which was not significantly different ( P 〉 0.05) after 8 week treatment, while there was a significant difference after 12 week treatment in control group ( P 〈 0.05) .The therapeutic effect in treatment group was superior to that of control group after 12 week treatment ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion LEF combined with MTX is effective in treating polymyositis, with early efficacy and obvious improvement of muscle power.
