生长抑素与垂体后叶素治疗肝硬化并上消化道出血的研究

目的探讨与生长抑素与脑垂体叶素治疗肝硬化食道胃底静脉曲张破裂大出血的临床疗效及不良反应。方法 80例肝硬化食道胃底静脉曲张破裂大出血患者随机分为2组：治疗组和对照组,每组各40例。2组患者均予禁食、补充有效血容量、维持水电解质酸碱平衡等。在此基础上,治疗组生长抑素,对照组加用脑垂体后叶素治疗,观察2组的临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组有效率为82.5%,对照组有效率为55%,2组比较,有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论生长抑素治疗肝硬化消化道大出血是一种有效且无任何不良反应的方法。

The Research On The Clinical Effects Of Somatostatin and Pituitrin On Liver Cirrhosis And Hemorrhage In Gastrointestinal Tract

Objective To discuss clinical efficacy and side effects of somatostatin and pituitrin during the treatment of large hemorrhage caused by liver cirrhosis and esophagus fundus ventriculi varicosity breakage.Methods 80 cases of large hemorrhage caused by liver cirrhosis and esophagus fundus ventriculi varicosity breakage were randomly divided into two groups：the treatment group and control group,all 40 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were given fasting,supplemented effective blood volume,maintained water-electrolyte acid-base balance and so on.On this basis,somatostatin was given in the treatment group,pituitrin was given in the control group,then the clinical efficacy and side effects of the two groups were observed.Results The effective rates in the treatment group and control group were 82.5percent and 55 percent,there are significant differences（P0.05） by comparing the two groups.Conclusion The treatment of somatostatin is effective in controlling gastrointestinal hemorrhage caused by liver cirrhosis and has any adverse reactions.
