一起布鲁杆菌素接种反应的调查报告

目的对一起少见的布鲁杆菌素接种反应的原因进行调查,为制定有关对策,避免类似事件发生提供依据。方法采用现场流行病学调查分析,并对收集的数据进行常规统计学处理。结果该村布鲁杆菌素反应率达30.77%,明显高于该县皮试阳性率(0.5%,χ2=128.527 2,P<0.001),布鲁杆菌反应率与年龄(χ2=3.408 6,P>0.05)、性别(χ2=0.140 3,P>0.05)和接触畜种(χ2=1.279 2,P>0.05)等比较未见差异,调查证实接种反应与布鲁杆菌素絮状沉淀、用前未摇匀、菌素开启后时间过长(χ2=30.176 2,P<0.01)或晚间(17~22时)接种(χ2=11.435 2,P<0.001)及和消毒措施不严等因素有关。结论应重视接种前的培训和现场指导,做好接种记录和登记,出现问题及时处理。

Investigation of a Reaction of Brucellin Inoculation

Objective] To investigate the reason for a reaction of Brucellin inoculation and provide basis for preventing the reoccurrence of such incident.Methods] Epidemiological investigation was made on site;the data was collected and analyzed.Results] The positive reaction rate was 30.77%,which was significantly higher than that of the skin test(P<0.001);no significant difference was found between the reaction rate and age,sex and animal exposure(P>0.05).The reaction was related with the deposition of Brucellin,long exposure to the air,late inoculation(between 17:00 and 22:00 pm) and improper sterilization(P<0.001).Conclusion] Emphasis should be put on the pre-inoculation training and site instruction.
