胸腔镜辅助腋下小切口治疗复发性气胸30例体会

目的探讨胸腔镜辅助腋下小切口治疗复发性气胸。方法回顾性分析30例复发性气胸患者采用胸腔镜探查,并辅以肋间小切口,对肺大泡和肺部相关病灶进行结扎、缝扎、切除等处理。结果术中无大出血,无中转开胸,无输血,无手术死亡,手术效果满意。平均住院7天,随访2年无复发。结论胸腔镜辅助腋下小切口治疗复发性气胸疗效确切,无需中转,安全经济,出血少,有临床应用价值。

30 Cases of Recurrent Pneumothorax Treated by Video-assisted Subaxillary Mini Thoracotomy

Objective To evaluate Video-assisted subaxillary mini thoracotomy to treat recurrent pneumothorax.MethodsTo analyze 30 cases of recurrent pneumothorax patients prospectively,the cases were explored by thoracoscope with a mini intercostal incision,and ligation and transfixion to deal with bulla and associated focus.ResultsThere were no massive hemorrhage,no changing to thoracotomy,no blood transfusion and no death in surgery.The operative effect is satisfactory.The average hospitalization was 7 days.There was no recurrence in 2-year's follow-up.ConclusionVideo-assisted subaxillary mini thoracotomy to treat recurrent pneumothorax is reliable.It is safe,economicsal and less hemorrhage.It is of clinical value.
