| 摘 要： | 目的探讨增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在子宫内膜癌中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学技术对23例子宫内膜癌及26例正常绝经期子宫内膜中PCNA表达水平进行检测。每例切片3张,厚度4μm,分别进行HE染色及PCNA测定。结果PCNA在子宫内膜癌中的表达明显高于正常绝经期子宫内膜(P<0.01),与子宫内膜癌组织学分级和手术分期相关。结论PCNA的表达与子宫内膜癌的生物学行为有关,PCNA指数可作为预测子宫内膜癌预后的指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expressions and effect of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in human endometrial carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of PCNA in 23 cases of endomtrial carcinoma.and 26 normal endometrial tissues. Results Expression of PCNA in endometrial carcinoma was higher than that in normal endometrial tissues(P<0.01) was associated with the histological grading and surgical staging of endometrial carcinoma.With the increase of tumour grade and staging,the PCNA index increased. Conclusion PCNA may be involved in the carcinogenesis of endometrial carcinoam. PCNA index can be useful prognosticators of endometrial carcinoma. |
