中碳V-Ti-N微合金钢奥氏体晶界显示技术

摘    要:用两种不同试剂对不同状态的热轧非调质无缝油井管用中碳微合金钢的奥氏体晶界进行了热化学浸蚀法显示,并对影响奥氏体晶界显示效果的因素进行分析。结果表明:利用控温控时水浴锅采用传统饱和苦味酸滴加微量氢氟酸和二甲苯的试剂可清晰显示不同状态下的奥氏体晶界。

Abstract:Two different thermal chemical etching techniques have been used to reveal the prior-austenite grain boundaries of medium-carbon non-quenched/tempered steels under different heat-treated or thermo-mechanical conditions. The results show that the proper chemical ingredient is the key factor affecting the quality of visual grain boundary. With the aid of a water-heater controllable in both temperature and time, the chemical etching method adding a bit hydrofluoric acid and xylene in traditional picric acid saturated solution, can clearly reveal the austenite grain boundary of the steels under different heat-treated or thermo-mechanical conditions.
