| 摘 要： | 本文分析了253例内分泌突眼病人的甲状腺功能测定,发现内分泌突眼与自身免疫性甲状腺病变关系最密切。60例“孤立性”突眼无临床症状,极少甲状腺肿大,血清甲状腺激素含量正常,但有5例甲状腺激素抑制试验未被抑制,可能系不典型甲亢,提示“孤立性”突眼并不孤立。

| Abstract: | We studied 253 cases of Graves' ophthalmopathy in the 1330 cases of variors thyroid deseases. There no ophthalmopathy in cases other than Graves' disease and Hashimoto' s thyroiditis,indicating that ophthalmopathy is closely related with autoimmune thyroid diseases. There were no clinical symp toms in the 60 eases with isolated exophthalmopathy and the thyroid was Scarcely enlarged. Serum thy roid hormones were normal except in 5 cases and their thyroid unctions were not suppressed .possibly representing very mild Graves' hyperthyroidism. Exophthalmopathy may Occur befor the appearance of thy thyrotocic symptoms. The above facts indicate that "isolated ophthalmopathy' is not isolated. |
