| 摘 要： | 目的 观察羟基喜树碱（ＨＣＰＴ）对晚期胃肠道恶性肿瘤治疗效果。方法 治疗组５６例晚期消化道肿瘤患者，应用含ＨＣＰＴ化疗方案治疗，对照组３６例晚期消化道肿瘤患者，应用不含ＨＣＰＴ化疗方案治疗。结果 治疗组５６例可以评价疗效的患者中，ＣＲ６例，ＰＲ１９例，ＮＣ２１例，ＰＤ１０例，总有效率４４．６４％，其中大肠率的有效率４８％（１２／２５），对照组总有效率３６．１１％。经统计学处理，Ｐ〈０．０５，两组胡

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of HCPT treatment on advanced gastroenteric tract tumors.Methods In the treatment group,56 patients suffering from advanced gastroenteric tract tumor were treated with HCPT chemotherapy scheme,and in the control group 36 patients were treated with no HCPT scheme.Results Among the 56 treated cases,6 cases were in complete response,19 cases in partial response,21 cases in no change and 10 cases presented as progressive disease.The total response rates of the HCPT treatment group (41.07%) and the control group (36.11%) were statistically different ( P <0 05).Conclusions HCPT treatment has a good effect on advanced gastroenteric tract tumor. |
