UVB局部照射预防尖锐湿疣复发相关性研究

目的：探讨微波术后应用中波紫外线（UVB）局部照射预防尖锐湿疣复发的疗效。方法：87例尖锐湿疣患者分为3组，A组（n=30）单纯采用微波祛除疣体；B组（n=30）微波祛除疣体后局部用咪喹莫特乳膏4周，2次／d；C组（n=27）微波祛除疣体后应用UVB局部照射患处4周，3次／周。随访3组患者的复发率及不良反应。结果：ABC3组患者复发率分别为36．66％、13．33％、11．11％。B、C组复发率与A组比较差异有显著性。A组未发现反应B、C组不良反应轻微可自行缓解。结论：微波治疗后局部使用UVB照射或咪喹莫特乳膏能有效预防尖锐湿疣复发．

The UVB Part Projects Light Upon to Prevent Condyloma Acuminatum from Relapse Relativity Research

Objective: To explore the curative effect of microwave treatment applying the UVB part to project light upon in preventing Condyloma Acuminatum from relapse behind.Methods: A total of 87 patients was divided into 3 groups.After the removal of Condyloma Acuminatum using microwave therapy,no further treatment was given to group A;5% Imiqnimod Cream was applied to the patients in group B over 4 week-period with a frequency of two application per week.The patients in group C was given UVB partial irradiation over 4 week-period with a frequency of three application per week.The reoccurrence rate and side effects were in investigated during follow-up in week 4,8 and 12 respectively.Results:The relapse rates in group A,B,C were 36.66%,13.33%,and 11.11%,respectively.Conclusion:The microwave using UVB to project light upon after cure the part or the Imiqnimod Cream can prevent Condyloma Acuminatum from relapse effectively.
