丰台区医疗机构传染病报告质量的调查

[目的]为深入了解丰台区医疗机构法定传染病报告工作现状,全面评估报告质量,针对报告管理中存在的问题和影响报告质量的因素,提出改善管理和提高报告质量的对策,使报告信息更好地为疾病控制服务,我区开展了传染病疫情报告质量调查评估。[方法]本次抽取了全区21所医疗机构进行了调查,其中漏报率调查抽取了2 377例样本,准确率调查抽取了833例样本,完整率调查和迟报率调查均对整体进行了调查,对调查结果进行了分级、分类比较,统计分析在SPSS10.0统计软件实现。[结果]医院分级比较结果发现二级医院漏报、不准确率、不完整率、迟报率都处于较低的水平,直报质量较高,三级医院不准确率较高,迟报率较低,其它指标处于中等水平,一级医院不准确率较低,迟报率较高,其它指标处于中等水平,乡镇卫生院各个指标均处于较高的水平,说明直报质量较差。[结论]根据调查结果对各级医院存在的问题进行了详细的分析,并针对性地提出了解决问题的建议。

EVALUATION ON QUALITY OF THE DIRECT NETWORK REPORT ON INFECTIOUS DISEASE OF THE MEDICAL INSTITUTION IN FENGTAI

[Objective]To make an investigation on quality of the direct network reports on infectious diseases of the medical institutions.Based on the existing problems and influencing factors,to provide the countermeasures of improving management and the quality of the system.[Methods]21 medical institutions were selected to investigate.2 377 samples were selected to investigate the rate of missing report,833 samples were selected to investigate the accuracy.The investigation on the rates of integrity and late reporting were carried out in population.The data were classified to compare and analyzed by SPSS10.0.[Results]Compared the results in hospitals with different grades,we found that the quality of the information from the second-grade hospital was the best,from the first-grade hospital and the third-grade hospital were better and from the township hospital was the worst.[Conclusion]Detailed analysis on problems in hospitals with different grades based on these results should be carried out,and corresponding advices should be provided for them.
