胃平滑肌肿瘤16例分析

报告经手术及病理证实的胃平滑肌肿瘤16例,包括平滑肌瘤11例,平滑肌母细胞瘤1例,平滑肌肉瘤4例。临床表现不上腹不适、隐痛及饱胀感(8例),呕血或黑便(7例),上腹部肿块(1例)。发病率低.本组术前经多项检查确诊者不过半数,误诊9例.治疗以手术切除为主,预后较好.本组术后随访,良性肌瘤最长已存活14年(平均9年),2例肉瘤患者已存活8年和5年.对肿瘤性质、分布、大小及手术方式等进行了讨论。

Smooth Muscle Tumors of the Stomach(a Report of 16 Cases)

From 1974 to 1988,16 cases of smooth muscle tumors of stomach were operated in our hospital.It contained of gastric leiomyoma(11 cases),leiomyosarcoma(4 cases)and leiomyoblastoma(1 case).The most common clinic feature were upper abdominal pain, bleeding and abdominal mass.The preoperative accuracy diagnosis rate of the disease was 50% only in this series.The main management method of the tumor was partial or local gastrectomy.The survival date of the leiomyoma series were mean 9 years(the longest was 14 years),2 cases of malignant tumor alived 8 and 5 years respectively.The nature,distribu- tion,size and method of operation of the tumor were discused.
