高压氧促进成鼠脊髓损伤后功能恢复的实验研究

摘    要:目的研究高压氧(HBO)对带血供周围神经(VPN)移植修复成鼠脊髓损伤(SCI)功能恢复的作用。方法将40只成年Wistar大鼠做成脊髓半切损伤模型,随机分为A、B两组,A组单纯VPN移植修复SCI,B组为VPN移植后给予HBO治疗。手术后1、2、4、8、10周进行感觉诱发电位(SEP)和运动诱发电位(MEP)检查。结果SEP和MEP潜峰时的恢复B组优于A组。结论HBO与VPN移植对成鼠损伤脊髓功能恢复有较好的促进作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the recovery of neural function of adult rats after spinal cord injury by hyperbaric oxygen (HBO)treatment and vascularized peripher al nerve(VPN)transplantation.Method 40 adult wistar rats were divided into two g roups with 20 rats in each.As fellows:vascularized peripheral nerve graft(Group A);VPN and HBO treated group(Group B)After operation,somatosensory evoked potent ial(SEP)and motor evoked potential(MEP)were examined.Result The peak latencies o f early waves in SEPs and MEPs of Group B were superior to Group A(P< 0.05).Conc lusion HBO and vascularized peripheral nerve grafts can prompt the recovery of n eural function of adult rats injuried spinal cord.
