岩景天对家兔实验性高脂血症及动脉粥样硬化的影响

观察岩景天水煎液灌胃给10周对饲高脂饲料家兔高脂血症的影响及防治动脉粥样硬化作用，给药5周、10周，于10周末取主动脉检测，测量心脏动脉粥样硬化程度。结果：岩景天2组治疗5周可显著降低血脂，治疗10周减轻动脉粥样硬化病变程度。

This paper discusses the effect of Sedum middendorffianum Maxim's pouring into stomachache for ten weeks on the hyperlipidemia of the rabbits which are fed with the high-fat forage,and it can also prevent and cure atherosclerosis.Providing the rabbits with this medicine for five weeks,then measuring the blood fat and the degree of atherosclerosis of the aorta and the heart at the end of ten weeks,we can get a result that this medicine can not only cut down the blood fat significantly after five-week's treatment,but also decrease the degree of the pathological changes of atherosclerosis after ten-week's treatment.
