| 摘 要： | 目的调查团体心理辅导对武警新战士心理应对能力的影响,为进一步开展有针对性的心理健康教育提供依据。方法对某战区武警新战士进行为期4周的团体心理辅导,辅导前、后及辅导后3个月均采用青少年生活事件量表(ASLEC)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ)、自尊量表(SES)及自编主观问卷(SSQ)进行测评。结果4周后SCL-90总分及青少年生活事件量表(ASLEC)的应激量较实验前有显著下降、特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ)的积极应对方式及自尊量表(SES)的自尊状况均较实验前有显著提高、小组成员自编主观问卷(SSQ)每人均有2条以上的躯体、情绪、观念等方面的积极体验。辅导后3个月上述量表均较实验前有显著性改善。结论团体心理辅导对于促进官兵的心理应对能力具有积极的作用且有一定的长期效应。 |
