摘    要:该文从卫生服务分类、公平与效率的关系和目前卫生改革目标三个角度分析了政府和市场机制主导地位选择的问题,认为发展我国医疗卫生事业应以政府主导为基础并引入市场机制。

Abstract:From three aspects analysis that are based on categories of health service, relationship of equity and efficiency, objectives of health reform, this paper analyze the major position of government and marketing mechanism. The conclusion is that it need play key roles from government side and induce the marketing mechanism for the purposes for further develop health care.
