| 摘 要： | 目的:规范医疗护理行为,维护患者权益,提高服务质量。方法:本文基于《中华人民共和国精神卫生法》的相关规定,结合临床护理经验,制定精神科保护性医疗措施管理方案,并运用于临床。结果:规范了临床保护性约束的实施行为,降低了保护性约束的使用率。结论:维护了正常医疗秩序,保障精神障碍患者的合法权益,规范精神卫生服务。

| Abstract: | Objective：Standardize the behaviors of medical care, safeguard the patients＇ rights and improve the quality of service. Methods ： Based on some relevant rules of mental health law of the people＇ s Republic of China, this paper makes plans about the man-agement of protective medical measures in psychiatry combing with clinical nursing experiences. And it will be applied in clinic. Re-sults ： Standardize the behaviors of clinical protective constraints and reduce the utilization rate. Conclusion ： Safeguard the normal medi-cal order and secure the legitimate interests of people with mental disorders. Standardize the services of mental health. |
